You found your perfect home, place to start the rest of your life at and you wanted to make sure that your new home is spotless before you moved in, so you hired someone to do the cleaning for you. After all, professionals know where to look for that hidden grime and they have ways to tackle it down.
But here comes a tricky part, how to keep it fresh, clean and clutter-free before the next big cleaning party?
Now that you’re adapting to your new home, try adopting new cleaning habits because people can focus better and are more productive when they have a clean home.
Here are some tips on how you can contain the mess with everyday speed cleaning tricks.
- Keep your dishwasher empty
Simple but it keeps your daily flow on the go. If you think about it, when everyone finishes with their meal, they put the dishes in the dishwasher and move on, so after a lunch or a dinner, a dishwasher is ready for a clean cycle.
When every clean cycle is finished you take the time to put the dishes out because if your dishwasher is full next time someone finishes a meal dirty dishes will end up in a sink, and after sink gets filled up, dirty dishes fill up the counter and before you know it the mess is spreading everywhere.
So empty dishwasher keeps everything running a whole lot smoother.

- Don’t go to bed with the mess in your chair
If you see that pile of clothes on the corner chair don’t leave it for tomorrow, clean it right away. You’ll need 10 to 15 minutes to sort out what’s for washing up and what’s for putting back in the closet.
Designate that spot for clothes you plan on wearing tomorrow and everything else should go in its place.
When you wake up the next morning you’ll get dressed and leave your bedroom clutter-free.

- Don’t leave your bed until you made it up
This is one easy trick for you to do every morning. Before you get out of the bed start tidying out the corners so when you leave the bed you finish up that one corner where you needed to get up and voila bed is made. Now all you need to do is put some throw pillows and a blanket and it’s like from that Pinterest board you have.
When the bed is made the whole room seems already put together and no matter how your day went, you’ll come home to a made-up bed.

- Make sure everything has a home
Cleaning is a whole lot easier when everything has its place. Try creating organized storage especially for the things that end up being scattered everywhere around the house, like papers, mail, shoes, & toys. It’s a lot quicker to tidy up when you know where everything should go.

- Before you leave it clean it
Before you leave a room try keeping it clean. Just quickly pick up everything that lays around like shoes, dishes, toys, or other items and put them away or just put them in the basket so that you can later put them in their place.
Use disinfectant wipes or a wet rag and disinfectant spray to quickly wipe down the surfaces or duster to quickly dust them.
Wipe down furniture with a damp cloth and tidy desk areas.
That’s it, 10 to 15 minutes tops and the room is clean!
